The OLS5000 laser confocal microscope precisely measures shape and surface roughness at the submicron level.

Our configuration is equipped with a super long working distance lens with a magnification of 50x and 100x and so we are also ready to measure laser-processed micro machined samples in-depth and because it is the last generation of the Olympus confocal microscopy line it 4x faster than its predecessor.
